He emphasizes the client-first approach and the guiding principles of the company. The value stack includes different packages (bronze, silver, gold, and platinum) that offer various services and benefits. The compensation comes out of the sales price, but this may change in the future. Clay Byrne also highlights the importance of the seven-step buyer process and the benefits of working with their team. The packages ranged from bronze to platinum, with each offering various levels of assistance and benefits. The bronze package was for do-it-yourselfers who wanted access to vendors but didn't require management. The silver package included a seven-step buyer consultation and personalized home search. The gold package provided additional support for changing parameters and included a team of people to assist. The platinum package offered concierge service and a wide range of additional benefits. Clay emphasized the importance of the Byrne Buyer Guarantee and the value of working with Empire agents.
