*Quick Correction! When speaking of the unity of Christ's deity and humanity, I said his two essences did not "commingle." I misspoke in this regard. What I meant to say was they did commingle, but did not negate each other. Trust me, I'm not a Nestorian :)

The Social Justice Gospel: Podcast - Ep. 2
In this podcast, I discuss my honest views on the social justice gospel in light of two controversial tweets.
The main point I seek to get across in this segment is that nothing transcends the gospel. The gospel communicates the fact that we are sinners whose natural disposition is to turn away from God, yet while we were in our rebellion, Christ died for us. Through his resurrection, we might be saved. The truth is that social justice is important, and Christians must fight for it! However, it is not above the resurrection as Warnock tried to argue. Social justice, and every other good work, stem out from the gospel. Because Christ died, we are to pursue justice, help the poor, and feed the hungry. Not the other way around.
