Couldn't find a pin for the Astor statue - it's in Plymouth, but someone bravely defaced it anyway. Astor was a proud anti-semite and not actually the first woman to be elected. Constance Markievticz was the first woman to be elected but she was a member of the Sinn Féin party and in prison at the time which stopped her from taking the oath. She was a childhood friend of Yeats and said cool stuff like "Dress suitably in short skirts and strong boots, leave your jewels in the bank and buy a revolver." So bin off Astor and learn about Markievticz.
