Used to be great…

…now it’s just a bunch of personal opinions (hot takes) with little science background. Nate rambles on about his pill use while Jonathan repeats the same questions since 12 months. It’s not the same since a while and with no more actual coach aka Chad around to give proper deep dives it’s worthless.
Stick to science and stop the rambling and “personally I feel like” stuff. listeners are interested in science not click bait.

Wow!

Hands down one of the best spend time as a cyclist. Just amazingly great input and knowledge week after week. The content for sure ain't easy to pick, but in my opinion makes complete sense if you race yourself once in a while and have certain cycling goals you want to achieve. As a non racer you can still see behind the science and approaches that simply make riding any bike a lot more fun.

and the TR program was an eye opener for me as a time crunched rider. All in all you make going fast a lot easier 😂 Thanks and keep the great stuff coming
