Manipura is associated with fire and the power of transformation. Solar plexus or manipura is the third primary chakra according to Vedic tradition. Manipura translates from Sanskrit as "city of jewels" alternatively translated as "resplendent gem" or "lustrous gem". Manipura is often associated with the color yellow.
This chakra is where your power and self-confidence manifests.

“Manipura” means a lustrous gem. The jewel or qualities associated with this chakra strengthen the digestive system and diaphragm. The Solar Plexus focuses on the power and autonomy of metabolism. The element for the Solar Plexus is fire.

She has been teaching in the Philippines for the last 9 years and actively involved with the geriatric care of her mother who is now 89 yrs old. She believes that there is only love .... despite our misinterpretations.
