    I tell you the secret to how to do December (and beyond) on your terms and conditions, in line with your priorities and without the ick.



    In this episode I dive into "Values" and why December might push you further away from them.



    Firstly though, you need to know what they are.

    I want you to pick out 10 which really stand out to you (not what society wants them to be) then reduce them down to 4/5.



    Next step is to write down how they are important to you and why.



    Then the final step (and hardest) is living by them. Say goodbye to those people pleasing tendencies, putting EVERYONE else first ALL THE TIME.



    And live by them - I promise your December will be better for it.
