    Episode 2 - The 2LB Challenge, Keep yourself in check over the Christmas to New Year Period

    The 2LB Challenge is about accountability.

    I challenge you to gain no more the 2LB's over Christmas and New Year.

    The Process
    1. Get weighed NOW if possible or ASAP
    2. Comment with who you are (YouTube names sometimes don't help) and your current weight.
    3. Get weighed 3rd January
    4. If you gain less than 2LB's high five yourself and tell everyone how awesome you are...
    5. If you gain more than 2LB's you have to buy that excess using Burpees, the first 2LB is "free" after that the cost for each 2LB is 100 Burpees, yes 100.
    6. I want to see videos of those Burpees...

    Episode 1 of my podcast, new to this so be gentle.
    It was also Day 1 of doing 3 Minutes of Burpees every day.
    The Plan is to do just 3 Minutes of Burpees a Day until the end of March.
    Then 4 Minutes of Burpees during April.
    5 Minutes, May. June will be 6 Minutes and July will be 7 Minutes, as will be August and September.
    I'm going no longer than 7 minutes, for multiple reasons.
    Reason 1 I hate Burpees.
    Reason 2 We have a CrossFit Ooen Workout which is 7 Minutes of Burpess, so there is loads of data to see how you compare.
    Reason 3 Time... EVERYONE can find 7 Minutes in a day
    Reason 4 That's enough... using reasonable estimates this will become over 16,000 Burpees by the end of September.

    That's a whole load of Bupees, stay tuned to see how it goes.
