Hi all sorry it’s been a while since I’ve uploaded an episode it’s been an emotional rollercoaster recently, and trying to find stuff to record so please bear with me on this. This episode is another free fall one...so I hope you don’t mind.

Hi all, today I interviewed a friend of mine who I recently met through Instagram called Cassie who is also effected by the same condition as me. So we decided to do a zoom call this afternoon and I asked some questions about her condition. I do apologise for the bloopers on this episode, but was brilliant to record and had some fun.

This is such a free fall episode that I done this off my own back without a script.

So I do apologise if it is very wishy washy and that you don't understand what I am trying to say during this epiosde.
