Over the last decade, the nutrition industry has changed A LOT - to say the least. The pendulum has swung over and over again, amongst multiple areas within nutrition as a whole, and because of that we've seen opinions changed and coaching strategies shift back and forth.
Today, Cody shares his thoughts on the specific things that his opinion has changed on - for better or worse. Specifically, we dive into whether or not tracking macros is too restrictive for the everyday person (gen-pop), if reverse dieting too slow is actually a thing (or if the speed is dependent on the individual), the nutrient timing paradigm shift that has happened back and forth in the time he's been a coach, and last but not least if there is such a thing as TOO large of a deficit when dieting.
