Episode 83 "I completed Dry January" Quarantine Chronicles
-
- Gesundheit und Fitness
Hello QC Fam ! Hope all IS WELL!
In episode 83, I talk about how I gave up alcohol AGAIN in January. In this episode I talk about the benefits of giving up alcohol for a month. I share some tips to get through it and even share some of my mocktail recipes.
If you end up doing an experiment or challenge or journey (Whatever you want to call it), of no alcohol this episode can be helpful for you! If I could give one piece of advice to anyone wanting to try it, it is to write down when you usually drink (time and day). I would try to come up with hobbies or activities to do during those times you usually are drinking. Just know you can do anything you put your mind to and you CAN do hard things. You got this. Feel free to reach out with any other questions on IG: @theQCpodcast .
