    2021 in review! Before jumping head first into 2022, it is SOOOOO important to revisit 2021 and celebrate your success. In a whirl wind of a year just getting through another crazy year deserves a pat on the back. So take a min to reflect. Take time to be grateful for all you experienced and had. Reflection is so important and sometimes we are so egar to get to the next post we forget to look back at the path that got us there.

    2022 Resolutions/ Intentions I love NY setting new goals to work on. Whenever you plan your attack you need to have a strategy in place, a road map to get you to your destination.
