Just a few thoughts on vibration and being good to yourself during these times.
Here's the recipe for my morning tea. I like it really strong, so I'll give you the basics and you adjust to your taste:
The base: fresh grated ginger root; unfiltered, raw honey; cayenne pepper, squeeze of fresh lemon; hot water
Extras: fresh grated tumeric and/or black pepper
It's light, bright, energizing, super healthy and fresh! ENJOY!!
