Step 1: Buy in an area that is $300,000 and find a run down house between $100,000 to $200,000.

Step 2: Get a mortgage 90% for 100,000 = £580 at 3% /month or 95% 200,000 = £1,2000 at 3% /month

Step 3: Rent and use money to pay off mortgage interest/ principle

Step 4: 3-5 years remortgage and repeat process
