Converted X-files fan
When the Xfiles first aired, I was too scared to watch. I watched the first half of the first episode and never watched again. I relied on my twin brother to keep up with the show so I could talk with my friends about it (they were all fans.) He'd describe stories and charachters and I never believed him, that there was a character called "the smoking man." I listened to the first 3 episodes of your podcast without watching the episodes and was tramsported back to those breakfasts as a 12 year old, when my twin brother would recap with a moth full of mueslix.
I finally watched the Xfiles for the first time. I started with Fallen Angel and Eve. When I heard the theme tune I remembered how my brother would whistle it when he wanted to scare me. I loved the episodes and really liked listenening to the podcast discussing them. I then went back and watched the first 2 episodes and I've got to say: you've made a fan of me.
