    In this episode, I discuss my personal experience with healing from sleep deprivation and allowing yourself to trust your body to get the rest it deserves, proving to be beneficial in our daily lives. I also discuss the psychological effects as well as the physiological effects caused by lack of sleep and forcing yourself to stay up during the night hours.
