Making time for yourself/ the healthy you Tasha

    • Christentum

Lots of people love to eat food but don’t want to exercise. I've known it’s a real problem in our society. Like I always say to my friends, “what you eat is what you wear”, they respond, “Ah really, Tasha?”. Yes really!!!

Every food has calories and is not a healthy choice to eat, making us feel unhealthy and fat. Some foods help us feel good, such as eating involve fruits and vegetables and foods with probiotics, i.e. kefir, yoghurt or sauerkraut. B6 vitamins- poultry, beef, and fish are high in omega and fatty acids—quinoa, salmon, mushrooms, dark chocolate, grapes, folic acids- turnip and greens vegetables.

Foods that are unhealthy such as, pastries, cookies, french fries and potato chips, white bread, sugary drinks and snacks, etc.

My tips, Eat right and you’ll live longer. Drink enough water, take the proper vitamins and food supplements. Exercise by running, swimming, or going to the gym. Drink more water instead of frizzy drinks, cut down fatty foods, like McDonald, KFC and restaurants foods that are unhealthy for you. Cook at home and avoid microwave foods.
