    Hello! Welcome to the detailed info. LET'S START

    I am here to talk to you and make you understand that every parents must want noble character in their children. Here you just do simple things and any following steps will be useful at any stage of a child life. These are inspired by true living in my childhood to adulthood.

    You have to gave such simple guidelines everyday or so not a whole lecture at some stage of his/her life .
    We will go from morning to night routine of a day. THAT A DAY HOW SHOULD IT BE ?
    You have to wake up early in the morning. Before 1 hour of breakfast time and ask your child to drink a glass of water as according to his/her capacity. Then, tell your child to do some work with you in kitchen or send your child to carry some item that you need like milk etc. Congrats, It will help your child to left some bad habits like having breakfast on bet itself and develop a healthy way of getting up from the bed.
    After brushing and washroom ask him/her have breakfast then. Ensure that breakfast should be healthy means devoid of such food the depresses the immune system. Best things for immune system are- 1. Cow milk very important at any stage of life. 2. Bread with peanut butter 3. Soaked peanuts + Banana+ honey = [juice] , Any fruit juice 4.     After having bath---Now, it is time for Yoga and some exercises that tone up muscles and build strength and immunity of body. As in India we practiced yoga since ages. you can paste some charts of yoga on walls. Buy them on amazon- Hatha Yoga wall charts, Surya Namaskar, yoga mats
    Go for worship your god in a near by temples etc. because the structures of temples are certainly made to enhance or elevates your conscious and spiritual energies in your body. It is very important part as your child develop the sense of goodness till lifetime.
    It hardly take a less time approx. 2-3 hours for all above activities.
    Do not make your child interact directly in good and bad things, tell them real stories or so to elaborate your messages. Check your child what he/she learns about the story that you tell!
    I here tell the importance of schooling that the teachers very well perform but ask your child about the time spent, about friends good or bad, teachers behavior and make a monthly visit to your child school about the progress that he/she done, this make a lot of sense in school or at your child perception.
    In, afternoon ensure that your child have eaten enough food as it develops his/her body till lifetime as we know that our ancestors had an enough amount of food make them eligible and stronger.
    If not necessary do not allow your child to sleep in afternoon because we make child to sleep early in night otherwise he/she develop bad habits of waking till late nights. In this time you can show some T.V Channel like- Discovery Science, decent cartoons etc. that you want.
    In evening, give your child some snacks, puddings, Dalia, Khichri etc. that build some strength for playing outside outdoor games efficiently.
    Tell them importance of playing and you also play with them if no other children resides in your neighborhood.
    After Having dinner, your child develop enough potential of sleep that he/she willing to sleep early THAT'S THE GOAL ACHIEVED.
    While having a sleep tell them some stories like having some bravery, leadership, truth, or any yours grandparents or ancestor's story, this will build the self personality of your child and if they sleep in midway or so, ensure that they are willing listen or sleep, if they want to sleep let your story for the next night.
