    This week's guest is the amazing Danny Bowman.

    Danny first came to prominence when he went viral for being Britain’s first ‘selfie addict’ as he would spend up to 10 hours a day trying to take the perfect selfie.

    His behaviour caused him to drop out of school and become housebound. In Danny’s own words, “I lost my friends, my education, my health and almost my life.”

    From being diagnosed with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) to finding himself at his ‘lowest point’ to turning it all around to help others - Danny talks about his journey.

    My guest this week is Tom Robinson.

    Tom Robinson is a former international event rider and Junior National and European Champion. He managed to compete for many years alongside his condition, and although still involved in equestrianism, now writes and blogs around the subject of mental health.

    His site is designed as a platform for people interested in mental health to seek support and gain insight, written by someone with lived experience of depression and bipolar disorder.

    Tom also reads extensively, especially around the subject of mental wellness, has an NCTJ qualification, a distinction in copy editing and proofreading and also enjoys studying French in his spare time!
