***Listener's note: there was a little bit of audio drift between the two files from this conversation. As a result, you'll hear a little overlap; truthfully, I figure it to be the interference of Ryan McGrath, but there's nothing I can (ever) do about that ;)

Episode 3: Tom Is Not Perfect. He Struggles Too!

Episode 3: Tom Is Not Perfect. He Struggles Too!

Tom and David's schedules were off, so Tom takes this on this episode solo! Listen in as he breaks down the Physical, Mental, and Emotional struggles that he's had throughout his running career.

So many times, we see and hear of all the good stuff - the wins, the successful workouts, and the new friendships. We see some of the tough stuff - poor race reports, difficulties with acute/chronic injuries, but it's not too frequent that we hear about the struggles. The unresolved issues that we carry along our side weigh us down and, sometimes, it's nice to know that you're not struggling alone!

Despite what you may think about me, I can assure you that I share all your struggles. Take a listen into what I've worked through and understand that you can as well! I'd love to hear from listeners after this episode; please send me a note!
