Hi everyone, welcome to NutritionCrown, where we share evidence-based clinical nutrition information and provide personalized diet plan.

Today, we are going to talk about a one of the most common but important topic: Apple in PCOS Diet. So, let's start. PCOS, or polycystic ovary syndrome, is a hormonal disorder that affects many women. It can cause problems like irregular periods, acne, hair growth, infertility, and more. PCOS can also increase the risk of serious diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and endometrial cancer. So, how can diet help with PCOS? Well, diet can affect many factors that are related to PCOS, such as hormones, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, and body weight. All of these can influence your PCOS symptoms and your overall health. Here, we will focus on one specific food: apple. Apples are one of the most popular and healthy fruits in the world. They have many benefits for PCOS, such as improving insulin sensitivity, reducing inflammation, lowering cholesterol, supporting weight loss, and improving fertility. But apples also have some drawbacks for PCOS. They can raise blood sugar levels, trigger allergies or intolerances, and interact with some medications. So, how can you enjoy apples without harming your symptoms? Here are some tips. Choose organic apples to avoid pesticides and chemicals that can disrupt your hormones. You can eat apples with some protein or fat to slow down the absorption of sugar and prevent spikes in blood sugar levels. Also, eat apples in moderation and don’t overdo it. One or two apples a day is enough. Finally, eat a balanced diet that includes other PCOS-friendly foods and avoid foods that can worsen your PCOS symptoms.

So, that’s it for now. If you want to read more about this topic, you can check out our blog post. The link is in the description. And If you need a personalized diet plan, go to NutritionCrown.com slash Consultation. See you in the next episode. Until then, take care and eat healthy.

In 2008, 39% of the global population had high cholesterol.

High cholesterol levels increase the risks of heart disease and stroke.

But nutrition researchers found good news for us.

A new study found that eating about 1/2 cup of walnuts every day for two years can lower LDL levels, known as bad cholesterol.

The study was published in the American Heart Association's flagship journal Circulation.

Walnuts are a rich source of alpha linolenic acid.

Alpha linolenic acid has been shown to decrease low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.

So, eat a balanced diet, if you're not and exercise at least 30 minutes daily.

Breast Milk can Improve Infant's Heart Function 😃

Breast Milk can Improve Infant's Heart Function 😃

Mother’s own breast milk can improve infant's heart function. 😃 Let’s discuss the study in detail. 🧐

    Detailed Post: www.nutritioncrown.com/news/breast-milk-can-improve-infants-heart-function

    ▶️ Audio Script

Premature babies are more likely to have chronic heart disease than full-term infants.

But nutrition researchers found good news for us.

A new study shows that breast milk consumption in the first months after birth can enhance heart function.

For this study, researchers selected 80 preterm infants and periodically tested their heart performance till one year age.

After analyzing the data, researchers found that breast milk consumption in the first months after birth can enhance heart function.

But similar intake of infant formula does not show any improvement.

WHO and UNICEF also recommend that infants should start breastfeeding within the first hour of birth and be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months of life.

No other foods or liquids should be provided to infants including water.
