Excellent podcast: Perfect, not so perfect timing.
I need to gather my thoughts to clearly relay my message in this review. I came across Phils podcast 2 days ago and have been binge listening since. Having started my journey to lead in a fitter healthier life about 3 years ago, I wish I had come across this podcast earlier , but then again, I don't, because I learnt a lot about my body , habits and health myself through trial and error. As I listened from episode one, Phil addressed almost step for step what I have been going through on my journey . Nutrition, training, diets , frustration , plateaus, everything. I can not be thankful enough for this podcast. Phils knowledge is clearly beyond what we find in the "typical" fitness and health industry. Phil keeps it simple , he keeps its individual and that's where the difference comes in. Excellent podcast and much more success to you.
