I'm Katara, and this is my show where I'll be encouraging you to live a life full of power and belonging. My work is to not only give you tools to belong to yourself but also to cultivate cultures where Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color belong. My mission is to curate this space so that it centers brown and black women, their voices, wisdom, talents, businesses, art, and more. Historically these voices have not always been valued, highlighted, or honored. I have dedicated this show to illuminate these voices so we can learn from their rich stories and lives. I hope that we will all gain a deeper understanding of how to belong to ourselves and each other. Welcome, to Red Lips & Eye Rolls Podcast.
