    Executive MBA Program-SOM

    Executive MBA Program-SOM

    The Executive MBA program is designed to teach management concepts and skills to individuals who are being asked to assume increasing levels of administrative responsibility. The weekend format of the program enables busy professionals who cannot leave their careers to participate in a full-time program and receive their MBA degree in 21 months.

    Participants move through the Executive MBA program as a cohort, sharing the same educational experiences and working together cooperatively. The lockstep curriculum focuses initially on core business concepts and then broadens while integrating ethical and global issues throughout the program.

    This is a 12-month, 36-credit program designed to allow professionals to earn their MBA degree while still maintaining full-time employment.

    As one of the four University Centers of the State University of New York, Binghamton University has built a reputation of excellence.     Class sessions are scheduled on a three Saturdays per month format in Midtown Manhattan at the SUNY College of Optometry, located in Manhattan, at 33 W. 42 St. Additionally, there will be one residency weekend (Friday - Sunday) at the Binghamton University main campus at the beginning of the program.

    Briloff Lecture 2012

    The 25th anniversary of the Abraham J. Briloff Lecture on Accountability and Society took place March 29, 2012, at Binghamton University's Anderson Center. Ronald Strauss '76, MS '77 - professor of accounting at Montclair State University in New Jersey - was the featured speaker. Abraham Briloff received the University Medal, making him the first person to receive that honor who has already received an honorary degree.
