    Holidays don't have to nuke our fitness. It seems to be the case that every year, despite our best efforts, our fitness and nutrition efforts go in the crapper during the holidays. There are plenty of reasons why it happens, and it seems as a society we've accepted it as inevitable. Maybe that's why fitness and weight loss related New Year's Resolutions are so popular. But... what if it didn't have to be so hard to succeed through the holidays? Wouldn't it be nice to make it to New Year's Day having not only enjoyed the holidays (and the food)... AND having made progress toward your fitness goals?!
    On this episode (103) Coach Darrell shares a little bit about the coming winter weather, how it might affect your fitness, and how to adjust for it.
