    For context, Pippa is a transformational life coach who specifically focuses on self worth and relationships and in her words, ‘starting with ourselves”.
    So of course, I knew with the ethos of self love, building healthy relationships and the holiday of love - who better to have on the show that Pippa to talk through the importance of having a relationship with yourself.

    Becki first began her journey of faith when she was 15 and at the age of 18, through the lots of hard work and determination, managed to get her one-way ticket to Australia. There she joined YWAM (youth with a mission) and studies discipleship and the bible, alongside photographer and later became a staff member on their own journeys.Becki spent 8 years living in Australia and during that time ventured on many missionaries in Germany, Czech Republic, Japan, Peru, Thailand and Malaysia.2020 and Becki back in her hometown in England and in fact, now my roomie. Lucky her eh?On today’s show we will be speaking about Becki’s own experiences of mental health and how faith helped her and others around her, deal with anxiety.
