You know how every day someone asks "how are you?" And even if you’re totally dying inside, you just say "fine," so everyone can go about their day? This show is the opposite of that. Hosted by author and notable widow (her words) Nora McInerny, this is a funny/sad/uncomfortable podcast about talking honestly about our pain, our awkwardness, and our humanness, which is not an actual word. From American Public Media.

don’t say “like” all the time

Good podcast. please cut the “like”! Makes it hard to listen to it.

Whats with the music?

the topics are very interesting and i love what she talks about and how. but the music in the background is incredibly annoying and makes it not enjoyable for me personally:/

Amazing podcast

While the topics are never easy, Nora makes each of them relatable and always finds a way to lighten up the mood and make us understand where each guest comes from. I can't recommend this podcast enough, so many topics which deserve a conversation have been brought up, and in such a wonderful way. The suicide awareness series for September 2018 was so good for anyone who needs help to understand mental health
