This is perpetuated by agricultural, food, and health care policies that don’t support health. We need to rethink disease and reimagine a food system and a health care system the protects health, unburdens the economy from the weight of obesity and chronic disease, protects the environment, helps reverse climate change, and creates a nation of healthy children and citizens. Flowjowww ,

I‘ve quit my doctor for this podcast ;)

Really helpful information. Thank you!

Olgitze ,

Get food conscious !

Dr Hyman talks to different very interesting people and I get really angry the more I realize how I have been manipulated all my life into drinking soda and eating fast food and processed food. Also and that is so infuriating a lot of diseases and also my aches and health problems are caused directly by the food I’ve been eating. The government as most politicians have been ‘paid’ by big money food industrials is even steering consumption of these sugar saturated addictive by marketing to our kids. Of course since the schools lack funding even for the basics like chairs and tables in the classroom they turn to food industrials to donate these items which are branded with their logo and thus imprinting our kids with the specific brands they end up consuming as soon as they receive pocket money !!
We as adults and parents need to resist and educate ourselves on how to cook REAL food and teach our children to do the same! Thank you Dr Hyman for opening my eyes on this topic

Jodencia ,

Mr.

I very much enjoy the episodes on nutrition and diet as well as those dealing with spirituality like the last one with Marianne Williamson. Some episodes realted to communities are rather specific for the USA and not of real interest to me. I would love to see Teal Swan inteviewd. Thanks a lot for all you do.
