Customer warning! This will make you lough out LOUD!
This thing made me laugh out so loud in public transport one monday morning I had 30 people starring at me for the rest of the trip (I think it was the dolphin episode).
Dave, Gareth: amazing job on this Podcast. I'm now actually anxious and scared for mondays at the same time!
Walking the Room without Greg Berendt!
It's "Walking The Room" without all that annoying Greg Berendt stuff. Well, that was mean. But frankly, that's exactly why I'm excited about The Dollop. Stopped listening to "Room" despite my joy about Anthony's dark, bitter, lovely world view. Too much Berendt, that was my problem. Problem solved. Dave Anthony is the kind of guy who would be a brilliant, beautiful, articulate and gifted poet on the day this world would stop being the sad, sick downtrodden goober of decay it really is. If all the planet's problems were solved, Anthony would move on to becoming Mozart. Or Chagall, or Chaplin, or Ansel Adams, or Walt Whitman. But before that day, he'll be what he is here: A richly dark mf-er who makes the gloom of this existence a tiny bit easier. Cause as much as it sucks, it's hilarious when processed through his brain. Thank you, Mr. Anthony.
Great Podcast/Great Comedian
Dave Anthony is a wonderfully funny and skilled comic and storyteller. I laugh throughout this podcast and love how much thought Dave puts into expressing his opinions.
