I believe that we’re vessels, we’re containers. when we have a cleared body with clear energy and emotions, we can hold more for others. So I’ve started asking myself, “what do I really want to do in this moment?” Because with anything that you do, whether it’s taking a nap, buying yourself something, expressing your needs, having a clearing conversation, if you intend to do those things as an act of being of service, or of finding your place in the world, or whatever the intention is, it will come true.
