    Eine ausgewogene, abwechslungsreiche Ernährung bildet das Fundament für eine gesunde Darmflora. Schlank sein heißt nicht automatisch gesund sein. Ebensowenig bedeutet Übergewicht eine Versorgung mit allen notwendigen Nährstoffen. Was gesunde Ernährung tatsächlich bedeutet erfahren wir in diesem Interview.

    Vor allem ist es wichtig sich selbst wohl zu fühlen, denn dauerhafter Stress verändert unser Mikrobiom - die Mikroorganismen in unserem Darm. Somit hat die Psyche einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf den Zustand unseres Darms.

    Darmgesundheit bedeutet Bakterienvielfalt. Abwechslungsreiche Ernährung ist entscheidend u.a. mit Gemüse und Obst des gesamten  Farbspektrums, Hülsenfrüchten und guten Ölen. Gesunde Ernährung bedeutet auch je nach Lebensphase oder geographischer Region etwas Anderes.

    Wenn die Darmflora aus dem Gleichgewicht gerät können u.a. Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten auftreten. Am besten schaut man sich das Bild dann ganzheitlich an. Wie sieht es mit dem Säure-Basen-Haushalt aus? Wurden Säure-Blocker oder Antibiotika gegeben? Zur Regeneration des Darms braucht es neben der richtigen Behandlung und der passender Ernährung vor allem viel Geduld.

    Eine gesunde Darmflora ist auch das Geheimnis von Schönheit die von Innen her strahlt. Darüber hinaus darf auch äußerlich etwas für die Schönheit getan werden. Ästhetische Behandlungen können die Produktion von Kollagen anregen und somit das natürliche Erscheinungsbild auffrischen.
