Funny, educative and the right lengths !
Thank you Brad for the awesome show you build up. I only recently started to listen to podcasts and found yours somehow. I do have a coach and made my way to Kona already in 2016 but anyways I do learn new things all the time thanks to your show.
If you are unmotivated and lose focus of your goal just listen to this during your unit and it will come!
