good and diverse

Really good quality podcast. interesting subject, interviews with non mutants climbers, trainers, coach PT etc. It is all great BUT (and that is for me only) I sometimes get lost in the priorities i should apply while training, all this people bring great idea but I dont always get how to apply them.
