Today I have the pleasure to sit and talk with a very good friend of mine: MIchael Turconi.

Michael's story is incredibile, fresh from the course to become a Special Forces Medic Operator, he had been deployed in Iraq, during the Battle of Mosul. descibed as one of the bloodiest fight of the modern history, after the Stalingrad one.

He spent almost two month right on the frontline, running a Casualty Collection Point, where he provided first medical assistance to more than 200 fighters.

For his actions during the Battle of Mosul in 2017 he has been awarded an Italian Silver Cross and recognized by the Special Operations Medical Association as the International Medic of the Year 2017.

Talking with Michael is alway a pleasure and can't predict where the conversation will lead, since his experience and vision of the world are so deep and inspiring.
