Welcome to another episode of Your body at work. In this episode, I chat with Sibusiso Vilane one of Africa's favorite sons. Brother Sibusiso is a South African adventurer and motivational speaker and also the author of the book, To the Top from Nowhere. We talked about his journey to complete all Seven Summits and an unsupported and unassisted trek to reach the South Pole with his fellow South African Alex Harris. He is also the first Black African to summit earth's highest mountain, Everest. This episode is a long one but it is rich with inspirational stories.
