Season 2 of the Future Player Podcast.  Andy Gill is this weeks guest, he works as an academy scout for Manchester United in the southwest. Andy has been working as a scout for 8 years now and has great experience in finding talent in the area. This episode covers what goes on in the world of recruitment from teams in the premiership. This is a really interesting listen and a must for all players and parents to understand what scouts are looking at, trust me its not just what they do on the pitch nowadays.

Buckland Athletic Woman - Our first episode looks at what the female game looks like from the eyes of some of the coaching staff and players views. This was a great experience to hear about the positive work Buckland are doing and what the future looks like.
