In this episode we are going to go over a few reasons why women SHOULD be lifting weights.
I think this is super important and its about time we stop telling women to stick to cardio or to stick to the lightest dumbbells available.
Forget the 3lb dumbbells ... Their purses weigh more than that !!!!
Women are strong AF and they should be lifting like it !!
They shouldn't be made to feel weird or uncomfortable about going into the weight room.
Women should walk into the gym without a second thought, throw some heavy weight around,
and feel GOOD about themselves - confident and strong and powerful.
