Each week the Back to the Film lads sit down to chat about a different film. Back to the Film is hosted by Adam Piper, Rob Sentence, Blue Benson and Oliver Burt. In each episode we discuss a movie and each give our take on the good and bad points. We all have very different tastes in films and what makes a good movie often leading to tenuously related topics being covered. Basically its a light hearted look at different movies during which the hosts often have to be reminded to go Back to the Film! Good Luck to You, Leo Grande 2022 and Bullet Train 2022
This week the lads take a look at two vastly different films both with 'A'stars list stars headlining the casts. Good luck to you, Leo Grande stars the ever brilliant Emma Thompson as Nancy an oppressed woman looking for a sexual awakening. Bullet Train has a host of big names not least Brad Pitt as a smash and grab expert trying to complete a job with minimal effort. Green Book 2018
This week we take a look at the 2018 road trip movie Green Book. This film comes with a bit of controversy regarding the message it's trying to get across. For some its a feel good movie about the developing relationship between Dr Donald Shirley and Tony Lip as the travel across America attending concert dates. For others it was a missed chance to highlight the prejudices that were common in America during the 1960's. What did the lads make of the film? Listen on to find out.

This week the lads take a look at the 2023 Italian film Mixed by Erry. Directed by Sydney Sibilia and based on the true story of three brothers that grew a huge empire producing mixed music tapes during 70's, 80's and 90's. Billed as a biographical comedy did it hit the spot with the lads?

Ford v Ferrari 2019
This episode the lads take a look at the 2019 film Ford v Ferrari. Based on the events in 1966 during which Ford won the 24 hour Le Mans race beating the dominant Ferrari. The film follows the relationship between Carroll Shelby, Ken Miles and the Ford company itself and whilst there's a good deal of poetic licence on offer it's a good representation of how this panned out. The Favourite 2018
This week the lads took a look at the multi award winning Yorgos Lanthimos film The Favourite. A period film billed as a comedy/thriller won countless awards not least an Oscar for Olivia Coleman's portrayal of a troubled Queen Anne. What did we make of this movie? Listen on to find out.
