It's been a while guys! I missed doing podcasts and I hope you missed me too. Char! This episode will talk about my adventures and about burnout in the context of pandemic. How do we know if we're being lazy or burnout? When I was beginning to discover my depression, yan din ang sinasabi ko sa sarili ko baka tinatamad lang talaga ako. But later, hindi na siya katamaran eh. Underlying medical and mental issue na siya for me so I had to go and seek professional help. But for those who feel like they’re tired, burnout and is confused if they’re just lazy or what, we'll talk about 5 signs to determine if what you're feeling is burnout.

Got bills to pay but so little income? Sick but mama's not home? Adulting is so exhausting. Why am I still at home doing nothing? In this episode, let's discuss some realities that we all face as young adults, hoping that by the end of the episode, you find comfort that what you're going through right now is normal.
