Arturo is a multifaceted artist, known equally for his prowess as a DJ, selector, curator, and event organizer. His passion for his craft is palpable in every endeavor he undertakes, driven by a profound love for the art of music.

Hailing originally from the Caucasus region, Arturo's lineage is a colorful tapestry of Gypsy, Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Russian heritage. His journey in music began at a tender age when he migrated to Germany as a young child. It was there, amidst the vibrant cultural landscape, that he took his first tentative steps into the world of rhythm and melody, his tiny feet dancing to the beats emanating from the screens of MTV and Viva.

While his musical tastes initially spanned a broad spectrum, Arturo's affinity for gritty, pulsating sounds soon emerged. It was during his time at the University of Heidelberg and amidst the electric atmosphere of Saarbrücken's techno scene that he found his true calling in synthetic and psychedelic sounds.

Since those formative years, Arturo has been a fixture behind the decks at numerous open-air events, raves, and club gatherings in and around Mannheim and Heidelberg. His involvement in various youthful rave collectives marked the beginning of a journey that would lead him to the forefront of the electronic music scene.

A pivotal moment in Arturo's career came with his association with the creative music collective "Slow Bar" and his residency at Frankfurt's esteemed event series, "Kabinett der Kuriositäten." These experiences further honed his skills and expanded his artistic horizons, paving the way for his relocation to Berlin.

In Berlin's dynamic musical landscape, Arturo has left an indelible mark, gracing the stages of renowned clubs such as "Klunkerkranich," "Beate Uwe," "Remise," and the legendary "Kater Blau." His sonic palette defies categorization, blending elements of Slowrave, Flowwave, Ketapop, and a myriad of other genres into a seamless tapestry of sound.

For Arturo, there are no rules in the realm of music, only boundless creativity and limitless expression. His sets are a testament to this philosophy, weaving together moments of magic with pulsating, progressive beats. From smashy and sexy grooves to trippy soundscapes and bumpy drum patterns, Arturo's signature style is characterized by its versatility and innovation.

Having honed his craft under a different moniker for years, Thomasson sensed the call to channel his creative fervor into the realm of downtempo. With unwavering dedication, he immersed himself in the lush melodies and hypnotic rhythms that defined his sound.

Swiftly carving his path through the musical landscape, Thomasson found himself gracing the stages of renowned clubs like Tanzhaus West, Arche*Ahoi, Waagenbau, and Viertel Klub. His magnetic presence behind the decks, coupled with his distinct sonic signature, swiftly established him as a beacon of Bunte Kuh Records, illuminating the way for fellow enthusiasts of the genre.

A seasoned traveler, Rousseau's journey through 117 countries and five round-the-world trips has been a mission to spread love, bliss, and happiness. His global perspective infuses his work with a sense of unity and celebration of diverse cultures.

On this edition we welcome Sneffinsky (@sneffinsky)

The musical journey of Saymon aka. Sneffinsky has been a ride full of surprising, mind expanding moments and beautiful memories over the past years which is in itself a reflection of his bigger journey of life as a whole and continues with an ongoing flow of organic interplay.

While having his more solid bases in Cologne and Berlin, Sneffinsky also embodies the free spirit of a migratory bird and can often be found in many other parts of this beautiful world throughout the year following the universal flow that this life has to offer to him.

Through his travels and his affinity for other cultures, Sneffinsky has been living in various subcultures over the years and therefore come into contact with many different musical genres. This is reflected in the musical diversity of his DJ sets, which can vary a lot in its roots, its speed and the overall mood. Whether it is a fiery club gig, a vibrant & bouncy festival day rave or a groovy sundowner session on a remote place near the ocean, there is one thing all of his sets have in common: They always come with personal intention & result in a unique and deep journey through sound & mind for the listeners and Saymon himself.

The creative expression through music plays a crucial part of processing events and emotions throughout the different phases of his life. The biggest inspiration for Saymon has always been nature. And by sharing this synergy of nature and music with the crowd through sonic composition, Sneffinsky creates room for connection to the deeper self and the life force that unifies all of us living creatures.

Many of these tracks are connected to very special memories in my life and the overall energy of this final compilation reflects my current inner state pretty precisely.

Born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, Bamba’s music style is characterized by its hypnotic rhythms, downtempo grooves, intricate melodies and rich textures. He seamlessly blends elements of electronic, jazz, and world music to create a sound that is both familiar and otherworldly.

Having played alongside such artists as Mira, Monolink, Âme, Viken Arman, Goldap, Sabo, and many more Bamba’s music tells a story that is both personal and universal.

In 2019 he co-founded a multicultural record label and community “Downtempo Rituals”

The Label actively releases many well known and emerging artists from all over the world. Rituals events are unique and memorable, full of soul and bright colors.
