Who am I?
Hi, I’m Aissa and I am a happiness mindset coach and actress. I grew up in Florida and now reside in Los Angeles.
What do I do?
I help entertainers and entrepreneurs build a daily mindset practice that empowers them to live unapologetically. My approach is hands on and athletic. Happiness is a muscle you have to nurture daily. I challenge my clients to show up for themselves consistently. Through the path of their own happiness, my clients reach abundance in their prospective careers and enhance their day-to-day living.

My Bio:
I am the founder of Happy Mindstter, a mindset coaching service for entertainers and entrepreneurs. I have a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Southern California and I am a certified happiness coach. I coach my clients how to retrain their bodies and rewire their brains for positivity by building and committing to a daily mindset practice. I am also an actress with over 10 years of dance experience, thus, I fuse together my knowledge of the entertainment industry and performance with a viable mindset routine to give my clients the ultimate coaching experience. I teach each person to show up for themselves daily so that they can step into the spot light with radiating confidence and unwavering courage. My coaching techniques include manifestation, realization, affirmation meditations, breathwork, letting go of judgment, and mindfulness.
My Story:
I learned through the power of my mind I could change my outer reality. I had to confront my life head on and realize why I was not reaching my goals and it was simply because I was in my own way. I was also unhappy, but didn’t even know it and my mood was literally affecting my health. My body was a prime indicator that things were not aligned. I would get aches and pains doctors eventually all related to stress. When I finally realized the strength my thoughts and mood had over me, I started my mindset journey and over time my life changed for the better. I was finally the conductor of my life. My experience showed me first hand that when you activate within you positive thoughts and emotions you cultivate wellbeing from the inside out.
