This could be the last Nintendo Direct of the Switch generation, and expectations were low. This late in the generation usually warrants remakes, remasters, and other easy titles to hold us over until the new system. At this point, we shouldn’t be surprised anymore when groundbreaking events occur in the industry, as they seem to be happening all the time. In this case, PlayStation, Nintendo’s long-time competitor and rival, is releasing a game on the Nintendo Switch. Lego Horizon Adventure will launch later this year on both PlayStation and Switch. Welcome back to Punching Up! Apple has changed its App Store policy to allow emulators on iOS devices. With that, we can only assume that the App Store will soon be flooded with NES, SNES, and Game Boy emulators. Given Nintendo's history and recent legal action against Yuzu, the company surely isn't pleased with the decision. However, the biggest question is: will they attempt to make a move against them, even if they have shaky legal ground to do so? In other news, an ex-PlayStation executive has joined Nintendo, and it's been announced that the company will be skipping Gamescom this summer.
