    David Angotti is a serial entrepreneur who founded and exited an EdTech startup, consulted with Fortune 100 brands, wrote for Search Engine Journal, and recently sold one of the fastest-growing property management brands in the country. He is currently laser-focused on developing the StaySense Amplify product into a legitimate Airbnb alternative for hosts, co-hosts, and property managers. In addition to StaySense Amplify, he owns multiple niche OTAs, owns properties in several locales, and built a purpose-built neighborhood in the Smoky Mountains. David’s primary strengths are business development, branding, high-level marketing, search engine optimization, and public relations. In addition to his business background, he was a commercial pilot for NetJets and is certified to fly the fastest passenger jet in the world.

    In 2018, Jamie Gruber was an insurance executive who stated a vision for his life to his co-workers to 'travel for 3-4 months a year with his family to any destination. He was laughed at. Through that experience, he learned the power of proximity and surrounding himself with growth-minded individuals. Fast forward 3 years, and Jamie became a millionaire, left his high-paying W2 behind, and realized his vision and then some by moving to the Dominican Republic so he and his family could experience a different culture and language. Today Jamie runs a community called a Gobundance Emerge which has produced over 40 millionaires. He is also the host of the Tribe of Millionaires podcast from Gobundance and is a member ambassador for Gobundance - a high-net-worth entrepreneurial mastermind group. In addition, Jamie is a partner with Quantum Capital, a value-added multifamily investment firm with $200m in assets under management.
