There Should Be a Limit on Presidential Immunity... But Trump Doesn't Hit It
Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by telling that he was to be joined by a Trump spokesperson, but due to timing of the trial in New York, his guest has been called into a meeting and can’t join. That, though, gives Dom cause to give his analysis of both the hush money trial in New York City and the Supreme Court back-and-forth over presidential immunity in Washington D.C. Dom plays back some arguments made by Justice Samuel Alito asking whether FDR would be held accountable for internment camps under the new analysis, and an exchange between one of Trump’s lawyers and Justice Jackson-Brown over precedent. Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom welcomes Julie Kelly, an investigative reporter who’s Substack can be found at Declassified.Live, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to hear her great analysis and work looking into the Jack Smith January 6th indictment. This week, Kelly released on Twitter (@julie_kelly2) key evidence related to the classified documents case, pointing to what the Department of Justice wanted to conceal, being collaboration between the Biden White House and NARA to concoct cases. Kelly delves into her investigation, breaking apart multiple Trump trials, proving why there’s not much for the former President’s prosecutors to stand on. Also, throughout the hour, Dom continues taking calls both on pertinent topics and the side topic of the day, asking for individuals who have an annoying voice.
