This year our transatlantic differences lended to us having seen many different Oscar/BAFTA front runners. However based on trailers, film Twitter consensus and our crap opinions we have predicted the awards season. Listen to see if we were right or if we are more clueless than we thought.

(Spoilers) On this episode Graeme and Paisley will chat a bit about one of the best shows from 2020! I May Destroy You did in fact destroy us but also warmed our hearts to extreme apathy. I May Destroy You is a British-American drama television series created, written, co-directed, and executive produced by Michaela Coel for BBC One and HBO. The series is set in London with a predominantly Black British cast. Coel stars as Arabella, a young woman who seeks to rebuild her life after being raped.

On this episode we’re talking about the new Netflix drop, Malcolm & Marie. There will be spoilers! Find out whether we liked it or loathed it, (spoiler we loathed). Malcolm & Marie is a 2021 American black-and-white romantic drama film written and directed by Sam Levinson. The film stars John David Washington and Zendaya (who both also produced) as the title characters, a director and his girlfriend, whose relationship is tested on the night of his latest film's premiere.
