越是睡不着，思想越是活跃，
人也会变得越是焦虑，

●“失眠”用英语怎么说？
在英语中，“失眠”也有很多表达方式，
比如：lose sleep; wakefulness; agrypnia; ahypnosis;
“sleepless”、“toss and turn”，
“don't/doesn't/didn't sleep a wink”等。
在日常的口语中，
我们常常会用到下面这些表达：
1. 如果只是偶尔睡不着，最简单的表达就是：
例句：
I can't sleep. Are you still up?
