    051 Holistically healing through postpartum depression with CEO, Taylor Slango

    Sometimes poor mental health postpartum can feel blindsiding. Especially if you're someone who typically isn't prone to anxiety or depression. What is so critical to know and hold on to is that it DOES GET BETTER. The vision you had for being a present Mom, who also takes care of herself and lives out her purpose and ambitions?
