Jonathan and Paula Nichols are husband and wife.  Together, they co-founded Apogee Capital a multifamily real estate investing firm where they syndicate apartments in Texas and Oklahoma.  Jonathan is a real estate investor local to the DFW metroplex. He began his REI career after having worked for six years in the aerospace engineering industry as a propulsion engineer where he analyzes and integrates turboshaft engines on helicopter platforms. He holds a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and Virginia Polytechnic Institute respectively.  Paula is a real estate professional with experience in project management, investment analysis, and contract negotiation. She began her career as a management consultant where she worked on multiple projects with clients in the banking and utility sectors.
