Small story and Question :)

Hiiii girls, I have been hearing you for almost 3 months and I have found that your podcast is incredible helpful for me. Thank you so much.
I met Lindsay in Boston and it was a really great experience for me, I will love if I can see you again.
I would like to tell you a small experience I happened to me with the word “though”, My boyfriend is native speaking English that’s why, I thought that when he says to me something like: “Thank you love” It was completely normal but after one of his friends told me the same thing or better... I thought, he told me the same “thank you, love” I got very confused because for me that was a bit weird. Anyway, I decided to ask my boyfriend why his friend told me this, of course, he started to laugh but after he explained me that his friend didn’t call me “love”. He just told me “Thank you, though”. And I realize as well that my boyfriend wasn’t so lovely how I was thinking Hahahaha
After this silly episode, I would like to ask about “though” and how I can use this in a properly way.
Lorena, from Colombia 🇨🇴
