Veiled women usually wear overalls (gamis, abayas) or skirts. Then, is it haram for a veiled woman to wear pants? To answer that, we need to refer to the scholars who require the veil. In this case, the author refers to Habib Salim bin Jindan. He is one of the scholars who argues that the face and palms of a woman are aurat in the presence of ajnabi.
