She's cataloged over 4000 historical mead recipes, recreated and tasted more than 100 of them, and her work goes beyond just recipes – she dives into the genetics of yeast, medieval abbey operations, and more, bringing historical context to life.
    Laura's impressive background includes training in Engineering and Biology from MIT and Northeastern University, alongside professional expertise in industrial fermentation and water treatment.
